Nicole and I met in Munich in 2010 and have been going through life together ever since. Two young boys whose first names also begin with "Le" are part of our family. Nicole trained as a decorator - that's why our accommodation is so stylish. I'm relatively sporty and was always good at math. That's why I'm responsible for the rough stuff and the finances. My wife and I are available to you by phone and email during your stay.
Rules
Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 10:00 at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their place of residence at LeNi. Please contact us if you wish to book in your own residence.
Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not permitted, not even in common areas (e.g. corridors).Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
Commercial photography/videography without written permission as well as illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorised guest.
Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, parking discs or other objects.
Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the flats to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.
Booking a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, charges, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the flat without refund.
Parties and excessive noise are not allowed on the terrace. Nude bathing is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Cigarette butts may not be disposed of on the ground or thrown over the terrace parapet. Violations of this will result in a fee of €250 plus costs for special cleaning and damage repair.
